Typically, the plants are managed by the operating companies in the form of a GmbH & Co. [=limited liability company with the limited partner as the managing company]. Since one of the most important pillars of the company is the long-term business management of the plants, we place a high level of interest in that the plant is run in a manner that ensures its ideal economic efficiency. On the other hand, both the equity capital investors as well as those entities providing borrowed capital profit from this form of management as well. The substrate delivery agreements are usually completed for a period of fifteen years, providing long-term assurance of the plant's supply.
