The large number of agreements and contracts needed for the various stages of a project are compiled and negotiated by biostrom Energiesysteme. What this means, is that biostrom Energiesysteme is especially interested in long-term agreements. This comes into play when purchasing properties, when setting up way-leases and pipeline rights-of-way in the form of limited personal easements, agreements governing delivery of substrate and supply agreements, which are negotiated fairly at marketable and market typical terms and conditions, as well as service agreements governing plant management on site. The substrate delivery agreements are usually completed for a period of fifteen years, providing long-term assurance of the plant's supply.
